The buffet is made with fresh seasonal ingredients and carefully selected fish from the central part of Donan, so guests can enjoy both the taste and the appearance of the food.
There is also a seafood rice bowl corner where fresh seafood can be lavishly placed on top, as well as dishes that are grilled at a high temperature of about 400 degrees Celsius.
A wide variety of dishes are available to surprise and impress customers with the cooking methods that suit the ingredients.
