Is there a check-in infection control system in place?

A.

All customers are given a temperature check. (Non-contact thermometer)
When waiting for check-in and check-out, guests are guided according to social distance.
・Acrylic shields have been installed at the counters to prevent droplet infection.

Q.

Is there a countermeasure for infectious diseases in guest rooms?

A.

・All hot water bottles and cups in the guest rooms have been replaced with disposable paper cups.
・We have installed disinfectant and deodorant sprays in all guest rooms for your use.
・Ventilation is strictly enforced during cleaning.
・For areas that are often touched directly by guests, we use sodium hypochlorite disinfectant and wipe up to ensure thorough disinfection.
・In the event that guests experience symptoms such as poor health during their stay, a certain period of time will be set aside for the suspension of sales after further thorough sterilization of guest rooms and common areas.

Is there a system to control infectious diseases in common areas of the hotel?

A.

Elevator buttons, doorknobs, and other areas that are frequently touched by customers are periodically wiped down with a sodium hypochlorite disinfectant.

・All employees wear masks when performing their duties.
・Alcohol is available at the entrance to the common area and at the luggage cart storage area to disinfect hands.
・The hand dryers in the common area restrooms have been turned off.
・The entire building is disinfected and thoroughly sterilized on a regular basis. (elevators, vending machines, telephones, handrails, etc.)
・We arrange sofas and waiting areas with an awareness of social distance.
・The windows of common areas such as connecting corridors are opened for ventilation.
・The smoking room in the building has been closed and we ask guests to use the outdoor smoking area.
・Acrylic shields have been installed at the front desk and at the counters of the bathrooms and stores to prevent droplet infection.

Q.

Is there a countermeasure for infectious diseases in restaurants and eating areas?

A.

・All employees are required to wear masks and gloves.
・We request the use of simple gloves and masks for buffet-style meals (Restaurant Tsukifune and Restaurant Unba).
・In accordance with the social distance policy, the layout is designed to keep the distance between seats.

About staying at the hotel

What are the check-in and check-out times?

A.

Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is by 11am.

Is early check-in and late check-out possible?

A.

It is possible. There is an additional charge for this service, so please contact the hotel directly. Please note that this service may not be available due to room availability on the day.

Q.

Children up to what age are allowed to sleep with their parents?

A.

Children under 12 years old (elementary school students) can sleep together. (Breakfast fee is 1,700 JPY (tax included) for elementary school students, free of charge for preschool children.

Are pets allowed to stay with me?

A.

Pets are not allowed in or out. However, guide dogs, hearing dogs, and nursing dogs are allowed to stay, but we will ask for their certificates in advance.

Is it possible to send a package in advance via courier?

We accept your reservation. Please write the date of your stay and the name of the person staying in the remarks column of the shipping slip and send it to us. However, we do not accept cash on delivery.

We do not require appointments, but we do recommend that you make an appointment in advance as it can get crowded.

There are no restrictions on clothing.
Please refrain from wearing swimsuits and guestroom slippers.

Are restaurants and dining areas non-smoking?

All seats are non-smoking.

Is there a menu that accommodates food allergies?

We do not have a menu, but will try our best to accommodate you upon request.

Is parking free of charge if I want to use the restaurant only?

Up to three hours of complimentary use of the restaurant is available.

What are the available hours and fees?

A.

                      Available from 9:00 - 18:00.
Fee: 1,100 JPY (tax included) per person, 550 JPY (tax included) for children (4-12 years old), free for preschoolers.
Guests staying at the hotel are also charged for this service.

Q.

What is the depth of the pool?

A.

Depth for adults: 1.15m to 1.2m
Depth for children: 0.37m - 0.4m
The pools for adults and children are the same. There is a deep section and a shallow section.

Q.

Is it possible to use the service if I have a tattoo or tattoos?

A.

Tattoos and tattoos can be hidden by wearing a rash guard.

Directions on how to get to the accommodations?

By Monorail
Take Yui Rail at "Naha Airport Station" ⇒ Get off at "Asato Station". 3 minutes walk from Asato Station.

By car
Approximately 20 minutes
From Naha Airport, via Route 332, 331, and 221, take Route 330 toward north, and turn left at Asato Crossroad.
Turn right from Route 58 and do not turn right from Chongenji Street.
Every Sunday from noon to 6:00 p.m., Kokusai-dori is a pedestrian paradise and no general vehicles are allowed to pass through.

There is a multi-story parking lot that can accommodate 84 cars.
For guests: 1,650 JPY per night (tax included)
Free parking for up to 3 hours for guests using the restaurant. After 3 hours, 330 JPY per hour (tax included)
(First-come-first-served basis. No advance reservations are accepted.
(There is a height restriction of 2.1m)
